Well graduation isn't until the middle of July, so conceivably exams could run until the end of term. I'll see if I can find out on Monday when the exams are liable to be though, if people are willing to wait.

August would not work for me either. I would only be able to come if it was the absolute first week of August, which would tail Mittens by only three days. Also, I would have to skip my side trip 

EDIT- I just did a budget, and unless I happen to get a [good paying] job by the end of the month, I am out . I realised that although all the travel and accomodations can be easily paid, I would have barely any spending money for Brittens and Mittens, so I just have to wait and see what is happening in the next few weeks.

August is very late. But then ANY time is going to cause some people to not be able to go, but that's life. I think the most sensible suggestion was CJ's of "26th June - 2nd July", and that we shouldn't beat about the bush too much. Set the dates, if you can go you can if you can't you can't, Mittens and Brittens, Lapaset and Lactate will all be back next year

I've budgeted my planned summer on paper, which is much less forgiving than mental budgeting. There is no way I can make this now -_-. A bit depressed, but I am much better off not going and becoming broke just before moving.

Okay, apparently exams for me will be around the first couple of weeks of June. So 26th-July 2nd should be fine, if everyone else is alright with that?

I know most people are, but I'm sure not everyone else will be, but those dates are as good as any other, so lets go with them. That way we're not having to make the decision of who to prevent from coming after they tell us.

26th June - 2nd July! I'll book my plane now. With that very small airline that flies over these couple of valleys.
