For the last couple of days I have been playing with the idea of creating some kind of template for the beta testers to report bugs.

I thought of a PDF, but... sending a PDF for each bug or even having to download the template and then upload it again is not good.
What do you think? Would you like to see something like this to use with your beta testers?
Have you looked into free service websites (I know ZenDesk has a free trial, they may even have a free account option)? Similar to how a helpdesk would run? I don't have much game dev. experience so IDK if it would work well in that environment but I assume it would.
Yeah, why don't you set up a simple php/MySQL thingie where your testers can post problems? That way you even get a database of all the bugs without any extra work at all.
