You want to make a game in that program, but use some things from AGS? what things... all I can think of is Roger... and the bluecup sprite.

Adventure Maker is bad. Baaaaad thingumijig.
Use AGS. It's more powerful, ultimately easier and doesn't cost anything.

Why does Adventure Maker have the Mac OS Aqua-esque look? That doesn't make one bit of sense!

I could be totally wrong, but I fear you want to use parts of both engines for one game...
That's not possible.

I can't imagine anybody actually asking if this can be done, but I simply doubt that you just want to use some of AGS's sprites.
