Yesterday Adventure Game

I always feel bad for starting threads about games here.

Anyways I was browsing some upcoming games on steam today and saw this.

I've never played the Runaway games, I don't even know if these play like real adventure games, but this has a very interesting visual style and the story sounds interesting. Just thought I'd share it here.

Saw this as well. Next big thing looks like a good game but I didn't really get what this game was about.

Yes, Runaway games play like "real" adventure games. The characters are 3d cel shaded on hand drawn backgrounds, took me a while to get used to the strange way the characters look (when stuff is cel shaded in 3d, the characters usually seem rigid, because 2d drawn stuff is usally a bit more limber and movable), then it's ok.
The plot of the Runaway games (I just played the first 2) got ridiculous pretty fast, it tried to look serious but then it got Indiana Jones 4 kind of stupid, don't know if other games are any better.
