not with a bang.

There's a new interview with noted AGS developer Dave Gilbert up at Yesterday's Salad.  The podcast covers the Blackwell games, as well as Dave's creative process.  Those looking for insider info on the newest Wadjet-Eye game will not be disappointed (not).  You can even learn how to correctly pronounce "Vince xii!"

Word also has it that Dave might appear in a Shivah-related podcast at noted program Just Commentary later this month...

Good interview!  Thanks for the name drop!

The interview is mostly stuff that the attentive AGS forumite already knows, but it should be good to help expose Wadjeteye to some outsiders.  Way to spread the word, Yesterday's Salad!

Oh, and NWAB: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_numerals  ;)

Nice interview!

I can't believe you guys mentioned The Crackwell Legacy.  ;D

Also, is it just me or does notwithabang sound eerily like Christopher Walken at times?

Dave Gilbert

NWAB is Christopher Walken, actually.  I should have had my camera.

What an incredibly long interview!  I'm curious why it's in m4a instead of a more widespread format like mp3, though.

I enjoyed that greatly. A story I mostly knew, but all the same, great to hear it all in Dave's own words. Ace questions, ace answers. Thanks for that.
