Title: Download link not working on the AGS site

It points to "resources". Fix please, I need AGS 2.71...

The "Download AGS" link is in the "Home" section at the top.

You're talking about the "Download" link in the "Resources" section, which reasonably enough takes you to a page where you can download resources.
