I think the first thing we need to do, is get some server space, and get somebody to make us a design. So instead of going "wanneer is het klaar" and "start de groep", we should all be "zoeken naar een manier om onze site op het internet te krijgen". That's the vital first step.

I prefer template tables over frames. The whole frames-thing is nice for a 1-2-3-and-go website, but doesn't really work on this level, I would think.

Colour scheme... keep it simple. Black on white text, please, as that is simply the best for the eyes. A small menu on top, or perhaps on the side? One my summer vacation begins (4 weeks from now) I'm willing to lend a hand, if you need me.

Colour scheme... how about a purple-white-black-orange scheme? I know it's been done before, but it looks nice.
