There's no actual keyword to browse the database by, though games do have ratings for nudity, explicit language and violence- but those do not make an "adult game" (often the direct opposite :) ).
If you wish to find that stuff you'll really have to do the work yourself; a good idea is to keep tabs on the Games In Production thread- check the first post, read the blurb and then await the release. For games already in the database, do the same with the Completed Games section.
All in all, explicit sex is rarely found in AGS games, as are full-on nudity. If you enjoy witty cheesecake stuff though, I recommend the Barn Runner series: http://www.barnrunner.com/
I do not think there is a way to find games on particular topic in AGS database. Unfortunately, it does not support tags, or similar way to categorize them. I really hope they do that in AGS Archives (an upcoming site for hosting AGS games).

Damn, how did I forget about Femspray? It's included in the list of my all-time favourite AGS games! There's also Larry Vales series, which although not erotic, has some good adult jokes and/or gags. There are also a number of such games but I can't remember their name atm.
LSL games aren't hentai. Perhaps the latter, "Al-free" versions might be classified as Hentai Games but I highly doubt that. There are plenty of hentai "games" out there, being made at quite a high rate but almost all of them are nothing but pure "fap material". Nothing like good ol' LSL games.

Oh...you should play this game!!! I rate it as one of the best AGS games of all time!!! The characters are spot-on and the story just pulls you in deeper and deeper as the game progresses to its amazing ending!!!

Probably not really alot, that's why :).
Besides, IMHO since AGS is primarily a free tool for hobbyists, it is not "demand" that drives the game creation, but rather random author's idea.
On a technical side, AGS is seen primarily as a design tool for classic, if not "oldschool", point-n-click games, which require more effort to make well and bring people interest to, than, e.g. "visual novels".

Quest for Glory 4 1/2 (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/38/) had some sex scenes in it (even a brothel!), and possibly some nudity, or women in underwear at least. It's been a long time since I played it.
If you really want erotic AGS games then you should make them. As others have said people here generally make what they want to make here, and it just happens that only a few people have made erotic games. You could attempt to start a team in the recruitment section if you have story ideas. There are lots of helpful tutorials and ample support for beginners. If you don't want to develop a game yourself you might be better off just googling dating sims or erotic games and finding sites devoted to the genre you are interested in.

You may/may not be surprised to learn that when people make explicit AGS games, they are usually doing it for another community, ie one that's more focussed on the sexual elements the games portray than say the AGS database! I've seen several fetish AGS games here and there over the years (one even made in dos roomedit) but they don't get posted around here. It's more a community of game devs here than it is sexual deviants - by which I mean - game devs tend to keep their deviancy on the d-low (laugh) Looking for those games at AGS is IMO almost the wrong way to go about it...
Amelie, haha that's ok. Thanks for the interest. Ravenwood is temporarily on hold whilst Micheal concentrates on finishing the backgrounds for Kinky Island. I'm sure he's doing little bits here and there, but KI is likely to be ready before Ravenwood, so decided to concetrate his art on that for the time being. As for KI itself, progress is being made, I do some coding on it here and there and Micheal has been making several new backgrounds lately (received 3 in the last month from him!). It's certainly shaping up, and with any luck the first version will be done by the end of the year, that is, taking into account the other duties I have ahead of me this year. It's important to get it (KI) finished, definitely - cos it's about the only commercial game I'll ever author so I need to release it to be able to survive a few more years... But that said it's still got a fair way to go. I'm not the same person I was when I devised it in 2001 and not even the same person I was three years ago when I did the Kickstarter campaign. The desire to make a "hardcore AGS game" has faded over the years. 16 year old me liked the idea of that but 31 year old me does not think it's such a great idea, not if I actually want it to be somewhat commercial ;) So it'll still be a bit raunchy here and there but it's less like hard porn and more like an absurd monkey island with some pixely tits here and there. :=

As AGS has been available free for over 15 years - yes there's no doubt in my mind there's more adult stuff made with it out there than we know about around here. People have used AGS for many things and it's fair to say there's a considerable percentage of stuff gets made with it we never know about. By its nature it probably doesn't get listed anywhere in particular, if it's adult stuff. Perhaps on a Russian or Japanese blog somewhere... But I've never exactly gone searching for such games so no I have no idea where would have info sorry. There are a fair few here with adult content as others have pointed out, I thought you could search the db by the content ratings but perhaps not? Arguably, it would be a nifty filter/feature in the search...
