Help Wanted

Hi I don't know if this is the correct place to put this question. if not please tell me where to put it?
I need help making this game. it is for my sister for Christmas cause she is half across the world. 
I can draw the concept but need help with details and touching up
help with
Characters,Animation,background
Well  basically just art
Music (but the music could be whatever).
Sound (well i can do sound myself but would like help)
I have got a story already but could be made a lot funnier and I have basic characters and backgrounds but just need touching up.
I can do all scripting and can help with other things
Thanks for reading this will be a good deed for me  
I just want someone who wants to do this for fun (I am broke and live in Zimbabwe). I don't want some professional game of note.
