I did remove both the Knight's quests. I wasn't aware you were also talking about Barbarians 'Knight Quest for the Golden Ring'
Which now has been removed too.

  • Space Quest II, by Kippesoep. One of the oldest remake projects, unfortunately cancelled.
  • Space Quest II, by AGDI. Started after they did KQI, and cancelled when they heard of the above.

I do have the demo of kippesoeps SQII, but does someone have (or know where to get) AGDI's cancelled demo (a 3-room demo if I'm right) of SQII?

Sslaxx

Wouldn't mind seeing the Kippesoep SQII demo. As for the AGDI one, tried asking on their forums?

It's on the list, with a download-link for the demo  :)

I think asking there would indeed the best option...

Got it! Thanks for the link to it. My word, what version of AGS is it using? Wonder how much DrSlash knows of this one, seeing as it's Russian.

It's not Russian, I once found it on a Russian site and the 'about' file is probably included by a Russian person.
Kippesoep is a Dutch person, like me. And 'kippesoep' actually means 'chicken soup'...

Just found this: http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=37893 not sure if you want such obviously cancelled games too...
Thanx Cat, yes I also include these canceled ones.
Ones the list is as complete as possible people doesn't need to search around anymore.
I think I'm gonna host the smaller ones too in case their dl-page disappear in the (near) future...

Edit: added 'Monkey Island - Carnaval Vudú' to the list

Sslaxx

There's also this one, though unfortunately none of the images remain (they were mostly RtZ rips, though):

http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=14886.0 - Wishbringer remake. Quite obviously cancelled.
Stuart "Sslaxx" Moore.

arj0n

Wishbringer Remake added to the list, thanx for notifying Sslaxx.

If anyone know more that should be listed - finished, in production or canceled - let me know please! :-)

Babar

Thanx for the info, added 'Night of the Hermit'.

Q: Since you joined the 'Herman Toothrot's Monkey Island' team you probably know if it's still in production or canceled...?

There's at least three more LOOM sequel wannabes.

pcj

You're missing SQ7.org, canceled original fangame, using their own engine, and SQ -1 "Decisions of the Elders", completed original fangame using AGS. And I'm not sure where you got "Subspace Alliance" for Space Quest:Incinerations, it was Box of Mystery (run by Chris Ushko), same as MI-2.
Space Quest: Vohaul Strikes Back is now available to download!

Ghost

It does me ole heart a lot of good to see so many fangames... I'm curious about so many of them... Thanks for putting it up!
