Salve utenti italiani..io e un mio amico volevamo dar vita ad un forum di ags italiano... una comunity parallela al forum di ags, ma comunque strettamente connesso... qualcuno ha voglia di darci una mano? ci servirebbero moderatori per quanto riguarda le questioni tecniche ed altro... nessuno e' interessato?

P.S. dovresti scrivere piu' informazioni nel tuo Profile, perche' e' il modo migliore per sapere, ad esempio, di che nazionalita' sia una persona.

grazie per la risposta... il progetto non e' altro che la versione italiana del forum di ags... io penso che non ci sara' una marea di gente... quindi se hai voglia potresti darci una mano... nel momento che tu non possa piu' per un qualsiasi motivo ci abbandonerai...

Vorrei tanto aiutarti con il tuo sito, ma per dirti la verita', non ho del tempo per essere un moderatore a tempo pieno. Lo posso fare una volta ogni tanto.

Poi ho altri progetti in cui sto lavorando su.

Hoy, I AM Italian. In fact, I am also an Italian Citizen. I have duel citizenship.

This is my story, my parents and my older brother moved from Italy to Brooklyn, NY in the US from Torre Del Greco (Vicino Napoli) Italy, before I was born.

When I was born, in 1981 in Brooklyn,  My parents only spoke to me in Italian, not even dialect. It was my first and primary language up until I started school. When that happened, English became my primary language.

I still speak and read Italian well and almost flawlessly, but English is my primary language, thats why I put down English in my Profile.

And the reason why I live in Connecticut now is becouse my brother moved here, and I needed to move here for other reasons and being that my brother lived here, I made the move.

I hope this answers your questions and doubt about why I live in Connecticut and why I put English in my profile if I am Italian.

Sicilians speak some sort of Italian. I have a hard time understanding them. But none the less, its an Italian Dialect. And yes, the Mafia started and continues in Sicily. Havent you watched God-Father?

Senti, a dirti la verita', dopo aver visto il forum di plebeo, non vedo una grande utilita' nel crearne un altro indipendente. Noi adventure creators dobbiamo essere uniti, e dato che il sito di plebeo e' molto completo, forse dovresti collaborare con lui. Vedi un po' te. Ci sentiamo per quell'altro progetto, comunque.

Ho visto questo topic solo adesso, dato che non sono un gran frequentatore del forum.
Se cercate un forum italiano su AGS, c'è una sezione nel forum di www.vgmaker.com, una community di creazione giochi che supporta, oltre ad AGS, anche Rpgmaker e Game Maker. Il mio nick lì è Dark Raziel (sono il moderatore della sezione)

If you're looking after an italian forum about AGS, there is a section in the forum of www.vgmaker.com, a game making community that supports Rpgmaker and Game Maker, besides AGS. My nick there is Dark Raziel (I am the moderator of the section)

I don't know about this really. The forums are English-speaking, as it says in the rules, and I don't see the point in speaking another language if you still have to translate it into English in every post.
Can't you just promise eachother that you actually master the language in question, or pm or something?

This one can slip through the system, but only because punkrebel included the English version of his text. But Andail is right, if you can write it in English it's best to do so, because these are English speaking forums.

I think that writing the translation is a good deal. I mean, where's the problem if anyone can read the posty in english, too? It's obvious that it's easier to write something in native language, and explaining some things in english is not so easy.

On the other hand, this topic was more than a month older.

The idea of a national AGS site is very nice if thought as a community of artists, programmers, writers, translators (give a look at http://www.pollodigomma.net), and so on.

Translating the Official AGS Forum/Site, if you meant this, is impossible... translating games (at least the newest/better one), tutorials is a good idea. Anyway... italians should really begin to learn english (possibly a better one than mine )
