If you go to the games page and select The Last 100 Comments, you'd get an overview of what people have been saying, mostly about the newest games. You could also click on All Games List to see the games released this year and their ratings. Unfortunately, they need five players to rate them to get a counting rating, and most games don't get that for a long time.

You could also go to the Completed Games Announcement thread to see the feedback the newest releases have got there.

How about you, are there any that you would recommend personally?

I did notice that some cool games I found via itch didn't have ratings in this database. And even on itch, cool games often fall through the cracks because of the unfiltered volume of games that gets posted every day there. This is a big part of the reason we created our site.

What type of adventure games are you the most fond of?
Do you want something that takes itself seriously, or do you prefer something with a more humorous tone?
What about scale? Do you want something huge and epic, or short and cozy?

Or are you just looking for games that we personally enjoyed? Because if that's what you want, then there's already the Picks of the Month (https://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/picks/) list. Anything that I'd suggest, would already be on there.  (nod)

In this case it is less about my preferences, because I want to repost these games. I'm looking for those hidden gems, the type of game that can be difficult to find in databases like Itch because of the volume of entries. Even with ratings, what often happens is the top rated games get played more and more, but always there are cool games that few people know about, that hasn't shown up on database recommendations yet.
