Title: Good AGS Games?
Post by: Steel Drummer on Tue 08/08/2006 04:26:49
I know people are going to say 'Look in the database', but the ranking system isn't all that great. I'm looking for some AGS games (preferably 2004 and older). I need to know of some good games, because I don't want to judge a game just by it's ranking.

Just download them all and try them all out, or... rely on the ranking system.

The Apprentice games!  ;D They were fantastic. Btw, the third game is in pre production for anyone who wants to know. I checked their site.

Da New Guys was also great. I'm so excited about the sequel!  :)

I enjoyed Keptosh I: The Search for Junc.

Also, try Where's M' Hat Ma?

Also, please visit ron.the-underdogs.info and try out the RON games.

Also, try Cirque De Zale.

The Ben Jordan series, if you haven't played those, might be a good idea.

And you have to play Javelin Catch. ;D

Actually there was some talk last month of improving it. Anyone know what happened to that?

I've been referring quite a few people onto AGS games recently, and the four games/series I usually bring up are Apprentice, Ben Jordan, 5 Days a Stranger and Spooks.
