I Need to find some good horror, or at least some good thriller "adventure" games either AGS or other. think Trilby or PHantasmagoria. Thanks
I assume you're familiar with the three Yahtzee games since you mention Trilby. Prodigal is another nice AGS horror game. And if you don't mind a text parser, a favorite of mine is the AGI game Enclosure.
I would suggest Ben Jordan 3 and 4, by Francisco Gonzalez (aka Grundislav). They are somewhat horror-themed. Although you probably should play 1 and 2 before those.
Also another good horror game is Lost In The Nightmare, by Ahmet Keles (aka Gord10). All of these you can find in the AGS Games database.

I think this topic will be to your liking.
Ahem. :>

Then, in the non-AGS department, there's always Enclosure, which is a quite creepy amateur AGI game.

For good non-AGS games I recommend Gabriel Knight II - it's not as explicit, but it builds up beautifully.
I'd also recommend Shadow of the Comet (if you can find it) or the Hound of Shadow (a text game), but I wouldn't consider Prisoner of Ice - Lovecraft is not done well in that one.
A decent albeit short thriller AGS game is Stranger by Night. And I third what inky and GG said about enclosure - it's top-notch.

I recomend you to play shivers I and shivers II , It's not so good like GK II and Phantasmagoria but has a atmosphere very enclosing, and some good scare parts
Also try Lighthouse.. but as I said before Phantasmagoria I is a very good thriller movie game.
Hmnmm....I haven't heard great things about lighthouse though. I heard it's a little bit like Myst, and in all the wrong ways...
