Check this out! I've always wanted to do it but those men in big suits beat me to it!

Yeah, it would be fun to make a game about House, I started 3d modeling him, but didn't get far, although I was going for rendered pictures, not for games.
Still, I looked at more videos of this, this doesn't seem to be that big of a production, more like a collection of flash mini games (except it requires quite a bit of medical knowledge).
But House is basically Sherlock Holmes of medicine, and SH game is kind of more suited for a game that is other than casual.

Okay, now about this:
1. for some reason, I have a feeling Laurie is not the type that would actually like this, on the other hand he just might find it ironic enough.

2. so, rotoscoped images, 5 cases, Houses zingers (heh, if they were pushing it, they'll include some jokes on Foreman, operating without permission, breaking and entering etc.) but it all might suffer from being on DS (well and PC, but it really looks adapted for DS gameplay) and might not be aimed at adults

3. a friend of mine is a huge House fan and has a ds and we'll be in a train for 8 hours...this will more than likely be played, as bad as the concept might be

Here's another House MD game:

Here's KOTAKU article on it:

seems it will have voices (the article is from last year though)

The mini-games look very similar to the recent CSI games and the Women's Murder Club series (yes, I play hidden-object-games, but it's Jane Jensen goddammit!). The medical stuff could be good fun, in a slightly twisted way, a bit like the Life & Death (http://www.mobygames.com/game/life-death) games - I loved the whole doctor/surgeon concept but always ended up killing the patients because I couldn't pass the copy protection  :-\.
As a game adaptation of House, though - If the single line of dialog was the best example of a House "zinger" (as they put it) they could come up with for the trailer... No, just no.

Even if it was the best game I'd still say meeh. The show is a show, and the game is a game. I like the show. I can't like a game cause the show is good. I don't like any Buffy games I've played. They just can't work. A Firefly adventure game, that'd be neat! ;)

I recall Darth Mandarb showing pixeled versions of the crew.

Is there a minigame where you can stare at Cuddy and make suggestive remarks?

I think my IQ just went down 50 points just reading that 'zinger'.
