Title: Help identify a game
Post by: Thananda on Thu 01/07/2004 23:01:00
Well, I hope, it's the right plase to post this  :)
Some time ago, I've played an AGS game (could be a remake), that one of the inventory items in it, was a pink worm (cartoon- style, with big eyes ). The worm could been combined with a rope. Allso, I think, you could put something on it, to make it a diferent collor (but, I'm not sure it's right)
Please help me identify it, I can't remember the name, and it drives me... Well, you know ;D
Thanks  :)

That's as far as I can go... :-[
Just remember the worm... Oh, and the fact, that after you combine it with the rope and something else (and it changed the collor from pink to green, I think), you can use it right. If you didn't, you'll have to bring an other worm. Hope, It gives you more info... :-[
:)

Would this happen to be the pink worm currently displayed as part of the inventory item quiz over at the Just Adventure forums?

The only game I can think of that has both a cartoony pink worm and a green worm isn't an AGS game... it's a game by Sierra called Torin's Passage.

Both of the links above have a screenshot of the game with a pink worm and a green worm. Hopefully this is the game that you're looking for, otherwise I have no clue.

Since we are, currently not at the JA forums, I feel legitimate to ask this over here  :P
Feel free to partake of the refreshments, if I get the right answer :)

Oh, come to think of it, it might not be an AGS game... If you can think of anything with a pink worm in it...

I do believe you're talking about 'Discworld'. In it, Act I, you could get a worm (it was pink and had HUGE eyes), and combine it with a rope. Using it on a mousehole will give you an imp. A green imp. Does this help at all?
(I apologise, no screenshots.)
