Title: Jimmy Jam's fate

This is a really old AGS project (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=10587.0) which was planned by Nixxon back in 2003. It was going to have awesome graphics and non-linear plot, but the creator hasn't appeared on the forums until 2006, and the site is still under construction. I suppose it's vaporware, but perhaps someone on the forums knows something about the game's fate?

I'm gonna take a stab in the dark and say... dead?

Edit: Just noticed the project was announced a day before I registered ;D

What made you bring this up? I suppose it's better than necro-posting at least.

It seems that now it's both on AGS wiki (http://americangirlscouts.org/agswiki/Jimmy_Jam) and TV Tropes (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/VideoGame/JimmyJam?from=Main.JimmyJam).  ;D ;D ;D

I didn't expect such attention to it after these years.

Huh. I had memories of this game looking amazing but now that I look at it again it's bizarreness borders on the excess. Still, it's too bad it tanked.

And Nixxon now has his own page on AGS wiki  ;D

The AGS wiki is getting a bit metaphysical, with all these games that don't exist and profiles of developers who haven't made any games.

I hope no one has taken it upon themselves to catalogue all the unfinished AGS games out there. That will take AGES!

BTW, maybe anyone happens to have a screenie or two from Duke Stalker/Star Whores (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/forums/index.php?topic=6752.0) (an even older project)? I tried Wayback, but it hadn't archived anything.
