That's a long process.

You must:

Spoiler

Go to Liquor store
Take Beer
Put Beer in Crack next to arcade machine
Walk Outside
Use Crack
Give Beer to Hobo
Take Can
Go to Liquor Store
Buy the sizzlers(fizzlers?)
Go outside
Take Bread from Garbage can
Use ladder
Give bread to bird = no go
Use fizzlers on bread
Give "edited" bread to bird
Tak pin from nest
