Wow cool. Al Lowe's my hero!
The leisure suit larry article was so nostalgic I almost vomitted! Excellent stuff!
Thanks for the links.
Awesome! That really makes me want to hunt down a copy of simon the sorceror. Was there ever a demo?
I think the only version of Simon The Sorceror I played WAS a demo - never got around to getting the full thing as I recall.
So I'm sure it's bound to be out there somewhere for you Ginster.
And while I think about it....I'm sure the full version is out there somewhere for ME.....
*goes a searching for another Christmas present*
I met Charles Cecil.
I have nothing else to add.
I believe that googling will bring up a demo for Simon the Sorceror.
I've been in the same room as Charles Cecil.
That isn't as good.
I have nothing else to add.
I read that issue of Retro Gamer, I was thinking of scanning that article myself.
Cheers for saving me the effort.
Just to make another useless comment: it's Simon the SorcerEr, not 'Or'. Flies in the face of almost every other word ending, but that'd how it's spelled, bizarrely...
I never realised that. You are correct sir.
Anyway, a quick google brought this up for a demo:

I haven't downloaded or tried it yet, but it's worth a shot!
