How did you end up there?  Whatever link you used must be out of date: http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/acintro.htm

If you need to you can access what I assume are the exact same pages through the editor.  Go to Help>Contents then open 'Tutorial' and click 'Starting off'.
