Yeah, it's a joke. Or at least I hope it is, cause the contrary means that the author has got serious problems.

The point that proves this without possible reply, is that he suggests playing that Bitch Volley  ;Djust because the girls there SEEM real.
I'd like to ask him: "Ever seen a REAL girl, man?" and "why should one need a game for such purposes?"

ukresistance is a great site.
It's not exactly parody, but it obviously doesn't take itself too seriously.
I think they hit a lot of right notes with that article - for example the second paragraph.
