Mac and AGS games

I searched the archives and didn't find anything related to my question, so I hope it's okay to post it here:

I need a new laptop and I'm thinking of getting an Apple Powerbook.  My question is, are these compatible with playing AGS games?

Hey volmel, didn't hear from you for a long time. :D

BTW I think there're some PC emulators on teh mac, maybe someone could try and see if they can run ags games.
