Nice photos folks! :) Some stunning scenery and architecture in Italy. And moustaches!

And ha, yeah, Ben F. Jordan!  :=

QuoteMark, love the trailer. Can't wait to see the full thing. It's just a shame ol' Jean Pierre couldn't make an appearance.

A shame indeed Mr Keepence, consider the Ryan-air plane your cameo :p It took me 2 hours to get that shot! And the help of a kind Italian lady in the airport info-desk who charged my camera.

QuoteThat explains so much. Also where is the movie m0ds?

Jim, Mittens was 22 scenes of 38, so once the rest are shot in the UK it will be ready, but it's really coming together! I've edited quite a few scenes and they work really well. And yes, Snarky's performance is superb...all that freaky touching... :) It looks to be about 15 minutes longer than the first, so will take a bit longer. Thanks for the support though!

Personally, I anticipate the new Melt the limit... it looked great from what I saw of it! Anyhoo, my pc is still shagged but here are some low quality screen caps.

Nudity all round!

QuoteHah! You weren't paranoid after having been driven by me, now where you?

Only whilst we were in the vicinity of sign posts ;)

QuoteThanks to m0ds for organising the quiz and filming, to the Blue Bar Man

Cheers CJ! And thank you for your enjoyable personality & company once again!

Snake

I finally made it to mittens, as you all know already:

Grim: "You're making me want to quit smoking... stop it!;)"
miguel: "I second Grim, stop this nonsense! I love my cigarettes!"

cat

Yay! I'm Mittens Initiate Member!

I hope you had a cool roadtrip. Oh, and the trailer looks great!

AGA

So I finally got home a few hours ago. It was awesome as ever. I didn't take any photos myself, but those of you who appear in any of the ones Jen took have been tagged on Facebook.

But boo about there only being a seven plus Mittens title. We niners deserve a special title, damnit!

Mr Jake

I arrived to a very very wet Bristol earlier.   I have some photos but not many of them are really mittens-group-related, will go through them and upload the ones  which are at some point (especially the Hitler invades night).

Had a great time at my first Mittens, looking forward to next year already!

AGA

Is that me, or Disco? My monitor isn't bright enough to see, and I'm just guessing by the shape of the hair.

Dualnames

That's you AGA, and poor Esseb is so scared.. :D
Worked on Strangeland, Primordia, Hob's Barrow, The Cat Lady, Mage's Initiation, Until I Have You, Downfall, Hunie Pop, and every game in the Wadjet Eye Games catalogue (porting)

Again, super jealous.  Were any discussions had about next year's location?  I'm going to attend one of these someday...

OMFG SCARY STRANGER WHO THE HELL IS THIS?!

No but seriously, it's just Kimberleigh/Lucietta, your friendly neighborhood bossy psychic. I should have just told Ben it was Mr. Green in the lobby with the socket wrench.

In an (unprecedented?) twist of fate, I have joined the forums because of attending Mittens instead of the other way around. Gasp! Had a great time, finally found out what Creed was on about when he talks about this place so much. ;) I took about 270 photos according to my camera, I promise to share soon but we sorta have to borrow internet at the moment while we wait for connection so I'm not sure when.

We had a lovely time with Francesco and the trip home was exhausting but worth it. Never been so happy to see our own bed. Never did find flavored coffee. Bought Italian coffee from British store instead. MAGIC!

I'm even going to make a game soon. It is all your faults. Look what you have created. JUST LOOK! D:

Ha ha, thanks for an awesome trip and some good memories. Special thanks for including me in the filmings. I had a lot of fun, didn't even realize how much I'd missed my theater geek days.

We're finally slept up enough to type somewhat  coherently, hooray.
An utterly wonderfull time as always, thanks to everyone who was there for making it so. The few weeks a year I get to spend with you guys really does feel like coming home to me.

Highlights include  -
* The movie making - thanks to m0ds for listening to all my bollicky sugegstions and letting me shout in unwated influence without getting mad with me. You're an amazign director and it'sa great to get to see you working. Please don't make us sit on high ledges next time though. :P Thanks also to Grundislav for the awesome experience of Melting the Limit. I am honestly excited about seeing how it comes out, I think we got some really good stuff..
* The pool! Oh man, how I miss that pool.
* Exploring Milan under the guidence of Bicilloti. He showed us where Mussolini was killed, the worlds most gaudy cathederal, the worlds poshest mcdonalds, a secret way for merchants to communicate, a magical bull whose balls you can spin on for luck, and a castle with a moat full of cats. And not one bit of that is a lie. Also, he totally lives in a private eyes flat. Thanks a ton for letting us crash, matey.
* Everyone who contributed to the joy and fun playtimes. Great to see old friends, and great to see how open and wecolming we are to any newcomers.  Love you guys, and am missing you already.
* and the NPCs! All the cats, including the poor, incarcerated Window Kitties, the Moustache Man from the Blue Bar, the terrible fancy dress commedian, Ronaldo the bestest drunken waiter in the world, and Blue Jesus.

I didn't manage to keep a comprehensive quote file this time, but I've a few scraps floating round, and I think other people jotted stuff down too. maybe one will coalesse in time.

And now it is Post Mittens Depression time. Hooray!

Keeping in tone with the forum that would be:

Grundislav

Hooray, I've finished editing Melt the Limit 4, and can proudly say it's the most coherent one yet!  Although, considering it's a Melt the Limit movie, coherence can be disputed.

Check it out here

GRUNDISLAV THAT WAS GREAT!

Best scene is with Bicilotti. The hand grab just made me laugh so much!

Miez

Absolutely WONDERFUL! Brilliant little film, mr. Gonzalez.

Is there a downloadable version somewhere? This needs to be kept for posterity...

bicilotti

Ah, mr. Gonzalez, how touching, Fellini would be proud! Acting with Davy (Creed) was wonderful!

I wish I did a less pretensious voice acting. And wow, my big and balding head looks bigger and balder!

My pleasure! This description is as touching as the movie by mr. Gonzalez!

Great movie (although my name is spelled very creatively  ;) ) Well done! Great to be part of it!

Oh man, I thought I had it right!  Guess that's what I get for relying on my memory from a night soaked in whiskey!

Thanks to all for participating, the movie wouldn't have been possible without everyone's help.
