When are the dates and location going to be finalized?  I'd like to see this happen sooner rather than later since getting travel Visas can be a slow process. 

Can we set the end of February as a deadline for people to add their input so that a decision can be made in early March?

In theory, Cat - yes, show the bloody hell up! You're more than welcome. Some people might have a problem with it, but I think accounting for extra people if they're "popping over" to the event is actually quite fun, despite the boundaries on certain location numbers. I'd say yes. You'd be one of the few maybe the only Italian person, and I know myself and quite likely CJ would definitely like to learn some language from you. See you there!

By the way best avatar mockup EVER bicilotti, I've always wanted to scream that. Now on Mittens, or Mittalia, Is anyone like driving from the Eastern Europe? I'm seriously thinking of flying to, but might even just drive there. I leave in Greece, so it's a rather..eh..short trip.
