Need help with last puzzle in my plot

I've almost got my plot for my game "Awakening of the Sphinx" worked out, but I need an idea for this last puzzle. Please if anyone can help:

You have previously seen that a woman is dressing up as a man and pretending to be Pharoah. You used this info to blackmail them earlier. Now you need to expose them: how do you prove it? I suppose you could try and rip off their disguise, but I would think that the guards would probably dismember you befoer you coudl get anywhere near the fake Pharoah...

I suppose you could check if the toilet seat was up...

Hmm.. tough.
I think it's important that the last puzzle in a game is memorable, so it should be good.
Only idea I have:

Look for something mentioned earlier in the game, or mention something that could help proove it or find proof or get past the guards, for example: You overheard some guards talking about taking a break at a certain time at night or whenever, and that nobody would try anything at that time because ___________, so you need to get the time to be that.
But it isn't that time of course, and you need to do this fast, so you could set the clock somehow to the time you want (suppose it's the same light level) and then the guards will leave for some rest, but they also leave some other obstacles or traps or something, so you need to get past this and then find the evidence, like finding something only a woman would use, or maybe a something she used to strap/flatten her breast or something else that would incriminate her, then get out (the guards could come back before you get a chance, so you could just show a cutscene of them coming back and you climbing out of the window or something.

and also, incorporate, into those traps maybe, the reason why no one would try anything at that time.

I like the idea! He could do this while in her castle/home/whatever. Then the ending cutscene would be her clothes fall off or her breast strapper gets unstrapped.

I like the idea of ripping it off in public. Maybe durring a Speach on top of some platform with a grate and you seek under the platform into a room where you hook the clothing durring the speach? Or taking a sling and hurling a rock at her/his breasts making the her say "OUCH! MY BOOB!!1" in a womanly voice

Give her alcohol so that she gets so drunk that she flashes the crowd, revealing her as a woman...and a fraud...and a naked woman...who is a fraud...

There happens to be a crane directly above the 'Pharoahs' head. You need to find a way to get up to the crane and grab her headdress-thing off her while she is mid-speech or whatever. The puzzle would involve actually getting to the crane, but I'll leave that one up to you.

I thought about sabotage this morning while pushing my daughter's pushchair, but it's hard to imagine a plausible clothing sabotage that would fall off at just the right moment, rather than as soon as she tries to leave her dressing room...
