Title: New 3D Adventure Engine
Post by: DarthGreaser on Wed 05/10/2005 14:37:59
We at All Access Software are currently developing a new 3D adventure game engine out of the love we had for the classic sierra AGI and SCI games. This new engine will hold true to the intriguing storylines and game play of the old classics but with stunning 3D graphics. The games created with this engine will be available for free download. This engine is still in its development stages and are looking for help and support. We are programming the engine in C# and using DirectX 9 we are looking for people with programming skills and 3d modeling skills to aid us in the project. We also would love to hear from the community on ideas, comments, etc on how to make this engine the best it can be. Please feel free to email me at SteveCoyle@allaccesssoftware.com.

Here is a current screenshot, it still doesn't look like much but its a start.

Hey, how is this project going. It's been a couple years and I'm hoping you guys got somewhere. Is there any help I could provide to finish the project?

Jesus Christ, dalauder. If you're going to bump a 3-year-old thread for information, why don't you just PM the original poster? He hasn't even been on AGS since he made this thread.

How DARE these new members come to TerranRich's forums and bump old threads!

Dalauder, if a topic hasn't been discussed for half a year it's most likely dead.

*sad*
After reading the thread title I hoped my "Make your own GK 3 Style Adventure Game" dream would finally come true.

Don't dig up old threads and give an old man a heart attack, Dalauder  ;)
