Does the name Chapter 11 have anything to do with Chapter 11 bankrumpcy or whatever....?

Quite interesting. It's almost exactly what I do when I'm planning a game. I do mine on paper though. I guess its a good thing my mum gets staff discount in Easons! (stationery/newsagents/book shop)
