The King's Quest IX website has just recieved a major facelift to reflect the advances we've made on game production! Along with the same old goodness of the old site, the new one has new features such as a designer journal, an informational newsletter (seperate from the Four Winds, but don't worry, we haven't forgotten the Four Winds, either!), and Art of the Week, an updated version of Sketch of the Week that amps up the showcased art with actual colored or 3D art! With this big update, you can be sure to expect some good things from KQIX in the future! Hope to see you around the forums! Peace!

The web site looks great!! Plus, the screenshot that i saw looked simply breathtaking.  Do not scrap this project and keep working on it.

btw, i know that Sierra was sold, but what has happened to Roberta Williams? I know you said she was no longer employed by Sierra. Did she just take the money and run?

I'm curious to know.

Which is not saying much. But seriously, the graphics are amazing for an amateur game of this type. I'm really looking forward to it.

Looking very nice! I've not been able to find a synopsis for the game tho, it must be hidden somewhere - could you tell me where?

My only "gripe" about the website is that although it looks, feels and works great - it seems to be a little too futuristic and alieny for Kings Quest.

But then, as I haven't read the storyline yet - for all I know KQ IX is set in 2145.

You'll have a pretty hard time finding the synopsis of the game, because there isn't one!  The plot is being kept highly in secret ...but you're definitely welcome to speculate.
