I want to make a game, and not just a stupid game but a game were you say against: Yes, that is a game ;). And i cannot to this alone so i am asking for people who want to help me. I am searching for people who can draw very well and for people who wan`t to help me with making a good story. Do you have interest? Well, reply in this topic then.
I'm not sure this is the right forum to post in, but I'll try out, probably because I love writing stories and drawing. Unless you don't like hand-drawn stuff for your game.
Sure, we'd all love to spend our valuable time working on a game we know nothing about, for a person we've never seen before..
Please, before you ask for help, tell us about your game: a plot outline, character profiles, rough concept art, etc..
In fact, the best way to get help is to create a small game on your own.. It doesn't have to be great, just something that shows you have the ability to stick with a project and finish it.

But have you ever created a game before? The thing is, if you don't have any experience, or haven't shown what you are capable of, people will be reluctant to join you. You haven't even told us what you're willing to do.. Can you draw? Can you program? Can you write a plot? I don't mean to poop on your party, but if people are going to devote their spare time to your game, they'll want to know what they're geting themselves into. Perhaps you could tell us a little about yourself?
Well, your message is clear. I don`t have maked any games ever and i can`t realy draw, sorry. I think i am a bit to enthousiastic. Maybe you can tell me a bit more about AGS?
Read some of the resources on the ags site, and this is the wrong forum, dont post here unless you have a screenshot to show.
AGS is a game creation utility. You use it to make adventure games. Everything you need to know about it is on the main page.
Instead of trying to get a team together, why don't you try joining someone else's? Play around with AGS, find out what you can do- if you can't draw, there must be something else you can do. Are you good at writing? Scripting? Writing music?
Once you know what you can do, check out the ACR thread, see if anyone needs anyone to do anything that you can do. That way, you get some direction, everyone else gets to see what you can do, and this other person gets the help they needed. Win-win-win situation! Yay!
Enthusiasm is great! Just have something to be enthusiastic about!

A good resource, for graphics. InstaGame! It has character sprites, backrounds, objects, and one MIDI. These will allow you to make a short game, showing you know how to use the engine and shows your ability to come up with some unique plot. Good luck!

I advise that you tinker with AGS, and perhaps consider joining someone elses project to gain some experience.

I have a question. I am a bit testing ags. I am making a short room and stuff but how can you end a game? I have maked a room, and if you take a key then you can unlock the door, but how can i and the game then?
