Archibald: Dangerous Experiment

I have discovered some materials from an old unreleased adventure called "Archibald: Dangerous Experiment". As far as I understand, it was a quite obvious Runaway stylization with a complicated plot that included mafia, aliens and an artifact called "The Devil's Eye".
