Indeed, any problems - if you or anyone is stuck in Arezzo or Lucignano, there will be cars around from 5 o clock ish Saturday, and with both places being close to the villa I'm sure emergency lifts will be no problem. Good luck!

@Cat - Bicilotti,Disco and I should be in Arezzo at some point during the afternoon on saturday.  We will probably go on one of the trains that takes longer from Milan for money saving.  If we get the 10:50 am train it gets into Arezzo at about 3pm.  We could meet you if you like when we get there and then work out something to get to the villa.

Hah, I trusted Google Maps to tell me where my hotel, Sempione, would be. It gave me directions to some place about 6km from the central station. However, the hotel I've booked is just one metro station away.

I'll be arriving at either 12 or 13 o'clock in Arezzo - depending on what train I can catch. Let's call tomorrow and get together, ok?

The weather is fantastic today - but it was downright BIBLICAL yesterday. Don't think I've ever seen so much rain and lightning before! :o
