Do you think that AGS might ever support PNG graphics with alpha transparency?
Surely, having such a format supported in AGS would start a whole new level of adventure game making in that graphics will have the potential to look absolutely professional and look far less dated.
I am curious. Would this be difficult for developers of AGS to pull off? Or do you simply think it's not important at all?

...indeed, assuming you've set your game to 32-bit colour this should already work.
Perhaps this was posted a few years ago from a computer with an internet connection so slow that it took this long to go through.
