Looking for two adv. games

Ok, when I was quite young me and a friend would play these two adventure games on his mackintosh computer.

The first one used real video and at the beginning of the game you are like looking through the blinds into an apartment where a man and a woman lay making out. Yea it was hot!

Ok, and in the second game it starts out with some kids playing baseball, until one of them hits it out of the park and I think into like an old creepy house, so then the kids have to venture into the haunted house to get the ball back.

I may not be 100% accurate with these, but I hope someone knows what the heck im talking about. Thanks in advance for all your help.

I'm in doubt since it doesn't appear to have been released for Mac.

Nice, I looked at some of the screenshots on mobygames, this could be it, its been long time so its all kind of hazy in my head. Anyhow I try and find this game, thanks Gothic.

So if anyone else has some ideas on these, please let me know.
