Why games like Al Emmo, Diamonds in the Rough, Picaroon, Cosmos Quest don't appear in "Pick of the month"?

Because the pick of the month is decided by SSH's tastes and not popular vote.  It's really that simple.

He's never picked my games for the pick of the month and I don't have a problem with it; why should you?
