My adventure game project

Hey guys, I'm new here but I've been playing AGS games for a while

There are so many great games made here and I wanted to contribute in my own way. I've been working on an adventure game of my own recently and it's nearly complete! Here's a video clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3eeKaB_a0S8
It's not done in AGS though... My skills in that department are still below average lol but it's written in QB64 and I'm hoping you guys will want to play it once it's done. I was also wondering if it's permitted to submit an adventure game that wasn't created using AGS? Anyways, let me know what you guys think, take care.

Looks like a fun game. I love how buildings zoom in and then open up as you enter them.
You can't submit it to the AGS database, if that's what you mean, but we can talk about it here in the Talk & Chat forum

Hey nice work man! I love the artwork, how you make such nice backgrounds? is there a special technique you use?
Yeah the zooming and stuff was my attempt at a new concept, not sure if it's been done before. Too bad I can't upload it here, but I'll post a download link here when the game is done if anyone wants to try it.
I'd also be interested in teaming up with someone on a new project, mine have always been solo projects. If anyone's interested let me know

I watched the YouTube video and I loved it! You made it with QB64? Pretty cool. I love what the game looks like and I also like the action sequences with the shooting.

I see I was also the first to "like" your video! Everyone else are bozos!

I haven't played the game yet, but I will play as soon as I have a chance and remember!
