The Subject and introduction Haiku pretty much say it. Where are all the "funny" parody games, people? AFAIK, there's just "Ben Jordan Paranormal Warrior Within Case I: The Wrath Of The Skunk Ape" or something like that.

Where's "The Trouble with Trilbies"? Where "Creeps"? WHY CAN'T WE HAVE A LAUGH AT THE COST OF THE CHARACTERS OF THE GAMES WE ALL ADORE AND THEIR CREATORS, DAMMIT?

We urgently need more parody games. Now!

Also, Infinite Monkeys is kind of a parody of the MAGS contest (in that it uses all contest rules from the past five years at the same time). I believe I've seen a few other parody games around last year... perhaps not of other AGS games per se, but certainly of other adventure games and/or movies and such.

Anything in particular you want parodized?

How do you like reggae Trilby? This way, the game could make fun "serious and flawless" writing style, too... but I'd have to watch I don't "Hey, like, far out, man" the speech so much that you need a team of ten decryption specialists in order to read it.

I think "The Dig" could REALLY use a parody. that game is so serious, and so pretentious, it just SCREAMS parody .I know, I own the sucker of a game.

Ooh, I got it... A parody of Heartland. There's some pretty good material in that for a parody, specifically the tapes that are played and the typewriter.

As soon as i have finished my current WIP, my plan was to do a Parody Adventure Game of the old TV show, Quantum Leap if you've ever heard of it. If not it's where a guy called Sam (Scott Bakula) Gets transported through time into the minds of different people to act out a specific role/destiny for these people, then when he's finished what he's meant to do (With the help of his co-worker "Al" and the computer "Twiggy") he then becomes someone else.

This should be an interesting one.

And after that i was gonna do a Half-Life PC game Parody. Adventure Game Style
