Okay, I understand now! That's why I'm making my new game called Rick McCarthy's Hooker Killing Adventures! It's a new game by Drew Wellman and Calin Leafshade, since I use Calin's character and other content he owns but I put all that effort into the semen-covered McCarthy sprite and the hooker strangling physics, so it's okay, right?
Wrong. You would really be better off changing the first letter of the character names to "B" (Bloud, Bidus, McBarthy) and not even mentioning Sqeenix. There are legal ways to make a fan game, but your way is just wrong.

I believe the developer has chosen not to advertise the game on the boards or on a website, prefering for it just to be known about when it's done. That may change, but with its release scheduled for the end of August, it shouldn't be long too wait for and see
