Anokhron is a mystery/thrilling adventure set in the 19th century. Luc Beaumont escapes some stranger in the narrow streets of Paris - through an open window into a house he doesn't know. Not until the entrance behind him closes all of a sudden he notices that he probably had better not entered this building.
The house which first seems to be abandoned appears to have still an inhabitant - or is it the stranger who tricked Luc into this trap? Luc will soon find out that he didn't get caught just by chance...
Additional stuff available:
- Main Theme (ogg) (http://eloxoph.net/anokhron_theme.ogg) - is likely to play at the end credits/outro or something (warning: pretty short)
- Website is going to be made when the project is far enough
PS: As I am not a native English speaker, hints on wrongly written things would be nice :)
PPS: This is more or less a remake of an old game. I decided to create a new thread as this game is fairly different from the old one except the rough concept of being enclosed in a house and the name
Wow. Looks like it will be interesting!
EDIT: Also, that's a GREAT theme song.
Excellent! Looks really nice and indeed a very good theme song. This looks like the kind of game I would enjoy playing. Good luck with it!
Sweet. I like the backgrounds, and the theme song is great. Cant wait for it to come out. ;)
Very nice theme, and the game looks good. For some reason it's got me thinking of Lovecraft.
That's definitely a good thing :)
Sounds really good, Yarcanox.
As Pablo said, this looks like something I'd definately download and enjoy playing.
I love your background style - it's very atmospheric. It kind of makes me feel like I'm there, which is great.
The music is very nice as well - fits the backgrounds feel.
Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to it!

Aww man! I think you people purposely make games like these to scare me!! LOL Still looks very interesting, even though I know nothing of the game this is based on.
