Interesting, yet simple graphics. Looks nice! ;)
Yeah, the graphics aren't really jaw dropping.
But I'm doing my best. :)
Heh, I like the Pick up, and Walk to gui.. :P Monkey Island..
Yet, it looks good.. Although, the Monkey island system may be hard to do.. (Never tried
it and I never want to.) hehe, nice work.. But the graphics is the only thing bothering me ;)

The second screenshot really reminds me of the bar in the opening sequence of Full Throttle. The game itself looks good (and interesting) but if you're working on your own graphics perhaps replacing the GUI graphics? Personally I'd prefer a game with crudely drawn original graphics than ripped graphics (Not that I'm saying yours are crudely drawn, better than what I could do.)
True, but now that I think it, I would change to gui to something more simple, like Sierra -style.
And I made the gui over that read MI2 GUI and tweaked it a lot.
If there's gonna be a next game, I'm gonna sacrifice more time for the GUI.
