Title: Chasing Dr. Esr
Post by: Ogon on Fri 24/03/2006 21:01:43
I've started to develope a German - I'll try it in English now - adventure (screen resolution 320x240, I hope it will be a medium length game) - I want to translate it in English later, but I will need some helpers ;)

Story:

One day, Gedon wakes up in a hospital. He can't remember anything. The police are able to find out who he is (his name and where he lives and so on), but they don't know what's happened with Gedon: His skin is blue and his behaviour is sometimes a bit strange. Gedon must find the information about the things that happened by himself!

This game looks very interesting! I like the graphics as well.

I hope you can get an English translator (by the way, your English is fine, don't worry about it).

But I don't want to have mistakes in the English translation of my game. And I'm sure if I wrote it, there would be more than one mistake....

thank you for your motivating answer! :)

EDIT: corrected something...

I've seen a lot of games with not so good english, and it never stopped me from playing.
My english isn't perfect either, and I make my games in english anyways.

Is this snow in your first screen? This one looks a bit empty, in my opinion.

Good luck with your game.

Yes, it's snow in the first picture. I know it is a bit empty, but when I drew it I didn't know what to add... it's a screen from the introduction and it happens nearly nothing in this screen, so I don't need much objects there ;D

I'm still working out that...

I'm sure about three or four rooms, but what will follow after that? I'm imaging more than one possiblity, and I have to chose one of them...

BlueDeath,

Those are great graphics.

I do see in 2nd screenshot the half of blue guy is missing.

You might want changing that.

Good luck

Are you kidding me? The blue guy is hiding in the bushes! Although it looks more like grass.Ã,  :-\ Which might explain your confusion.

This looks nice, and despite the old cliche of a guy waking up with no memory, the fact that he's blue makes it all the more intriging!

Look, it's the blue guy's teddy bear!
