The title may be a little cheesy but it better than it sounds lol ;D this is a full length game.
THE STORY:
after finding a bottle at the docks with a message inside, he finds out of a kidknapping but where has the note come from? and how is he going to find the girl who has been kidknapped? Just a few questions that jonathan wants answers to while he travels all over the world in his quest to find the girl. And if he didn't have enough problems he get's into trouble with a couple off thugs who want him dead and now has to avoid their attempts to kill him!

i am hoping to get this game finished by the end of the year but due to the fact that I'm not very good at animating i may release another version at the beginning of january with better animations
The Plot is kinda typical if you ask me.
mmm, well maybe it seems very typical but I'm not good at 'selling' my games, it's better than what you may think. i'll try to get a demo released soon.

That looks like the monkey island 4 dock but nowadays.
The graphics are very very good, I love them. The story starts simply but it could get a lot of interesting twists (that you won't tell us now =P), so I'm looking forward for this game, I hope you finish it and I wish you good luck with it.

oh believe me: there's twists! lol but errrmm.. :-X oh and when i drew this docks background i didn't mean for it to come out like the monky island 4 docks, oops....mmm well i hope the graphics are better than MI4
Is the main character named after the Dracula character? That's what I immediately thought of. Anyway, I am glad to see that background being used in a game after all that time in the CL ^_~. Good luck to you ^_^ (also, a friendly reminder to not forget about the required second screenshot!)
Looks interesting. Can't wait to find out what the twists will be.
1 question: is that font final? It has no outline and the text may be difficult to read (if not impossible) on dark/black backgrounds.
I think it should be “this SIDE upâ€, not “this END up†by the way :)
I back the "This End Up" phrase. I see that version more than "side".

there is no link to the dracula thing but i like the name jonathan so how about jonathan Taylor? any other sugesstions? oh btw I'm just trying to get a decent screenshot, one that shows off something good. check this post in about 10 minutes
Oh btw the 'This end up' sign is part of the background and the font maybe similar but i'll make (or find) one with an outline.

You could actually use it as a in-joke on the game, like, when the character tells his name to someone, that guy says:
''Dude! Like that guy on Dracula!''
mmmm....yeah, when he say's his name other charachters could say something like:
NPC: "WOW, i just can't believe how brave you are to kill all those vampires"
JH: "What are you talking about?"
NPC: "your jonathan harker right? you killed count dracula!"
JH: " errr...i hate to dissapoint you, well i actualy i dont care, but I'm not THAT Jonathan harker"
NPC: "are you sure your.."
JH: "Not even related"
NPC: "oh, ok"

Noooooooooooooooooo.............over the past couple of months i have been missing because my pc well basicaly it fucked up......BIG TIME! it doesn't work so i lost all my work on his game. i have now got a laptop and hope to continue work on this game as i have most of the graphics saved on imageshack. I do need to ask a favour from someone: does anyone have a verb coin gui with working inventory? (so the verbcoin works in the inventory) it would save me months of work trying to figure this out (again :( ). i am changing the character name to jonathan hargate so it's different to the dracula guy's name lol
