August nearly passed by without an update... but hopefully this makes up for the delay:

Here's the first pass at the game's introduction, credits, and starting sequence!

After a good few weeks of dedicated AGS time, the game is finally feeling like it's back on the old Tandy 1000. Some of the more interesting work has been building out custom frame rates for object movement (since walk/move commands are too smooth), timers that only run while menus aren't visible, and chains of cases that give fine control over cutscenes and sequences.

Part of the education was spent creating something for July MAGS - Police Quest: Panama Nights. It's just the first of five acts, but if you're interested let me know what you think!

There's still a lot to learn, but after assembling this I feel much more confident in the comparatively static core gameplay.

I hope you enjoy the show, and as always, I'd love any ideas or feedback that come to mind!
