Darksiders

Well, a long time ago, some of you may remember me starting out a game called "The Darksiders".  And producing some very pretty screenshots.  But, unfortunately, I have decided that maybe it would be best to not continue the project, as I am no programmer, and looking at some of the other games that I'd be competing with, I think mine would be no more than just pretty sprites walking about the screen in a representation of some story (to the unimaginative, that means a boring game with nothing new).  If I ever get better at AGS, or find the time to start again, I may continue it, but for now, the project is ironically "dead".

Did you have to break the rules, and post a new thread in Games in Production, just to tell us you gave up on something? If everyone would do that, this forum would be a big mess... and also the forum with the most topics unfortunateley :p

ok, but if you read the fine, fine, fine, print in my post, this could count as a progress update as I MAY continue.



EDIT: I have decided, to start anew,completely, I will use new graphics and my own GUI this time!!
The update will be when I have something to show for it!!
I really need something to do!
