Title: Old Man and the Cabin
Post by: Candle on Mon 03/10/2005 00:57:48
The Legend Of old Man
An old man lived in a small cabin way up in the hills behind Ojai. All that he wanted was to be left alone, choosing to live a hermit's life out in the woods. And for the most part he was left to himself until one day a group of children that were out hiking in the woods came upon his cabin while he was away. The kids were mischievious and started thrashing about inside the cabin. The old man returned to find the children still there making a mess of his humble home. The man became very angry and enraged, yelling at the kids to get out, but the kids began to tease him, mocking his way of life. The old hermit ran the children off and they returned to their camp. This was a nasty group of kids and later as they sat around discussing the incident they all decided that the old man needed to be taught a lesson.[When they return they found the old man gone .Everyone decided to leave but one stayed behind to explore the cabin and see what happen to the old man in the cabin.

Thats the start of the game .
Two screenshots of in game play.

I know it's not CL, but are those 3dmodels, modelled by yourself, or are those freebies? I'm a 3d modeller myself, so if your looking for something you can't get, I might be able to help you out ;)

well I wouldn't consider myself professional yet, I'm a dedicated hobbyist. But it a few months, ill start going to college, to study for 3d-artist in professional way.

Sorry about the voice, I had my top teeth pulled on the 7th so I'm a little sore and sound funny right now.

looks cool, certainly unique anyway.

Not sure if you'd be interested but i bet you could get a lot of work on AGS voiceovers. I'm sure you've noticed the average user on her is a teen or 20 something male, and you have a good voice for certain roles within games.

I really really like the story, I want to be the protagonist right now..  ;D
I'm not a fan of  the first person view, but I'll try this one for sure...keep it up !

If the background looks familiar it is because I'm using backgrounds from the Unreal game.
