Hi Folks,
quiet a long time after noisy mountain, i am proud to introduce You in my new project.
"Payday"
The story is quiet simple.
Herbert or Herb, is a workless, lazy guy, who makes his money with little criminal stuff. Thats how he got to the "Don", who lent him a couple of dollars for a little project. UnfortunatlyÃ, Herb never made this project become true and the time for paying back the money is nearly over.
So the player will have to help Herb to make fast money and pays the Don.
But of copurse all that will happen in a very humoristic way.

I m sure you already realise that my english is not the best, so i hope Notion Grinder will translate it again, when the game is finished. He already made a great job translating Noisy Mountain.
The graphics look great and the story is cool! :D My only problem is the fact that you made it in german... *hoping you will get a translater*

looks awesome, fightmeyer. i really like noisy mountain a lot, and cant wait for this one. i love the perspective in you're screenshots. and i know from playing noisy mountain that you are really good with atmosphere.

You did noisy mountain? The artwork here is so different and I'd say improved! This certainly looks like a fun game!
(And your characters are drawn (on the title page) a lot like my own style when hand drawing cartoon characters! (bar the eyes) )
Hey, Fightmeyer, did you use sam'n'max for your inspiration 'cause the screenhots remind me a lot like it?
Oh yeah, I especially like the story because it involves the mafia(The Godfather, Scarface etc.)

Naa! Not really! I only work a little bit on it at the weekends. Very often i am to lazy to do something. I could be much faster, but i'm to lazy... ::)

This project is going to be on my download list. I like the art style, that is very colorfull and relaxed. And it has potential for that kind of comedy that is just described as plain silly.
I hope, you do decide to work on this project further.

I think, its time to show another Screenshot, to show, that the project is still on its way. Slow, but still on the way.

After a long time i continued working on the game. I ve posted some new backgrounds in the first post.

I didnt work on the game for quiet a long time and im sure ill never will complete it. So i decided to publish the work so far in its source. That means the complete Gamefolder of the AGS-Game (ver 2.72), that includes of cource the source of the game and all of the Screens, Areas and Sprites. Maybe you will find it usefull for your own project... You can use it completely free.
It would just be nice, if you name my nickname in the Credits, if you use some graphics.
