Pirate/Wizard Game In Production

I have a game in production. With a name still to be decided. The game is about a pirate, Fabio Pascel, who is challenged by a one legged pirate to a terrible game of DOMINOS (don't be scared its only a game). The loser of the dominos match has to jump into a whirlpool that appears every 10 years off the coast of the island he lives on (name to be decided). Obviously Fabio loses, too add to the game, and is sentenced to jump into the whirlpool .But our pirate is lucky because he jumps into the wrong whirlpool.  Still jumpin into a whirlpool isn't good for your health. After a few hours of spinning and drifting Fabio is washed up on a secluded island, FULL OF WIZARDS.

There is a little insight of the game.  I would be gratefull if people can give me some names for my game and characters. Also i would be grateful if people give me some ideas for my game and some ways on how to improve my story line.

you'll need to put "http://invis.free.anonymizer.com/" before your images, but then you shouldnt, and help our members who have dial-up, and use neoles uplink in the critics lounge(its a sticky thread) annonymizer is getting slower.

For a name, how about "Clash of the Concepts"   you have pirate games, and wizard games, but not both!  maybe some medieval elements too.. ok, im kidding, but the name i suggested is catchy, no?

what kind of medieval concepts? Like jousting n stuff?lol. Clash of the Concepts sounds cool but im still open for other names. What is anoynmizer or wahteva? does it hide the website or summit or speed it up?

Right as you can tell my background art isnt the best so ive found someone to do my backgrounds . I'm wondering wether, for the actions, to do like the old Lucas Arts games like pick up, pull, push or weather to do like Monkey island 3 the right click inventory system and the hold in the left mouse button to choose talk to, look at and pick up. Which do you reckon i should use for my piraty/wizardy game?

As i can very well tell my game doesnt appeal to people :'(. But i will make it anyways,lol. Game going to scedule even tho my artist is in australia and i am in England. If anyone wishes to contribute to ma game feel free to add to this forum if you dont wanna your choice.

I am looking forward to your game despite the crappy screenies ( since the idea of pirates and wizards being in the same game / one game seems pretty original to me ) ...seems like you turned them jpeg..jpg is best for photographs , not MS Paint created and similar works.
The backgrounds don't look too bad to me , in fact ( face? how the heck did that happen earlier? *laughs* ) ,  they look like something I might make but the conversion to jpg or whatever is why they look so bad otherwise.
I'll do my best to help even though I've already got a bit to worry about , but please be aware that I can be slow.
Oh , oh , and lately I haven't been feeling well.

Fabio Pascel was feeling preaty good about himself, he just landed a nice little treasure chest and was on his way to get rid of his debt at "the hanging pirate: bed and brekfest" when he meet's a peg leg pirate named Harry "The Lone Fish" Spareparts , and not only loses all his fortune in a crooked game of dominos, but gains a few new ones. well Fabio diceds to do what any down on his luck, about to be killed pirate whould, fake his death and let the relatives foot the bill, he buys the eye-patch, a new deoderant, some old cloths, and hides the boat near the whirl-pool but whouldn't you know it, he jumps towards the wrong one now he's stuck and an island ful of nuts, that includes a town sqare where a heated debate is taking place between a hedge-wizard and a ficus, a sea turtle that's trying to divise a unified wave theary so it can lay it's eggs safley, a town guard that whould like to help you but is busy keeping the peace, which happenes to be in the box he's holding in his hand and an enchantrace that's sure her game will be the next big thing in family entertainment if only the winners whould stop turning in to dogs when they yell "bingo".

LMAO, cool story might steal some ideas from it.  Im not using that annomyiser cuz it takes to long to load for the people with a 56k connection. Well the game is about a pirate who is challenged by a one legged pirate to a terible game of dominos and our pirate friend loses. he is then sent to an island full of weird and wonderful people. I do not want to spoil the ending for you because i want it to be a surprise.

The game is going to have humour, cheesy jokes, easy to medium/hard puzzels (not too hard). also the game will have some secret stuff. And some other stuff that has yet to be decided. If you have some ideas for the game please tell me of them so that my game can be better.
