Well, because of that server overloading problem, the Game in Production forum is not available at the time being.
Moreover, the screenshots in your post don't show up for me (and probably for others, since they're hosted on Geocities), which are essential for starting a new entry in the Game in Production forum, you may try to upload them to another place. However, since that forum is not back up yet, it's better not to do any more thing to it at the moment.
Yeah you're right. i tried to enter "add you game" section also, but it wanted me to log in. the problem is, i am already logged in. is "add your game" section is broken?
Never used that yet, so I can't help you there, but:

I know a way to get it work:
- Log in
- Go to my profile
- Click on the game I made (Inspector Gismoe)
- Now click in the menu on the left on what game section you wanna add
- Click on the add game link
And now it should work.

proximity - I'm going to leave this thread open since the server problems caused everything to go haywire for a few days there! But please provide a little more information in the first thread.
