Title: Tosti - La aventura gráfica
Post by: tostiok on Tue 31/05/2022 17:42:17
Hi everyone! Last night I started coding my first AGS game.
Been working on the art of the game the last few weeks and I'm glad the engine is so simple and works so well!

Haven't implemented the walk cycle and talk animations yet:

Nice!

It's especially apparent in the 3rd background (sewer). Do you plan to animate it?

Yes! I have some animations already done.
But none of the pictures are 3D. I draw everything on paper, then I scan the drawings and color them on computer.

Nice one! I see the Day of Tentacle inspiration too, specially in the sewer scene. I like the drawing style, muy lindo.

Looks very good! I admire how you did the light changes when the character moves to darker areas.

Do you predraw the animations also on paper or do you animate them directly on pc?
