Hello there.

I am a long time reader on the forums, and also appeared in IRC sometimes

I am proud to present the first game I made, that is worthy to be shown in public.
My idea was to release a gameplay based game to show what I can do, and maybe work together with a team on some bigger project *looking for work*
Please keep in mind I am no GFX guy, I usually only code, but I hope it wont hurt your eyes too much

'Escape from Rura Penthe'

The Story:
You crash landed your spacefighter on an ice planet. After the crash you dont remember anything, so you start trying to fix your spacecraft and maybe find out why you went here after all.

The Gameplay:
It is basically a dungeon crawler with collecting resources, crafting, fighting and some other cool stuff. Maps are random each game, and can be of various size. It currently has 5 Levels, with different tilesets. Many different weapons, armors and other utility stuff can be crafted.

Your goals are basically:
1. Stay alive
2. Keep your camp powered and secure
3. Repair your spacecraft
4. Find out why you came here...

Today I just finished the Beta client. The Game is almost feature complete and needs of course lots of polishing. Also sound is not yet in, and music is in the works. An estimate for an release would be roughly 1-2 month, also dependant on the feedback I get in the BETA Test.
