I need help making this game.

I already have the walkcycle complete for the character.

The title of the game is "A Niggas Revenge" And you are a black guy. when you walk sideways it kinda looks like he's jacking off but you cant see anything you dont need to see.

I need help because i cannot make backgrounds that move or a good looking background for that matter.  I will also probably need a pixely sort of song thats scary because this nigga is not happy.   
                                 
                                 
i have a demo but i dont know how to upload it.  can you please tell me how to upload games and demos also?
